These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order and service engagement between PackPek Supplies Sdn. Bhd. ("PackPek", "we", "us", "our") and any individual or company that orders from us ("Client", "you"). By placing an order, paying for goods, or otherwise instructing us to proceed, you accept these Terms in full.
PackPek Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is based in Malaysia. Its contact address is 15-2-1, Level 1, Jalan Setia Prima R U13/R, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The shop focuses on the online sale of packaging supplies, mailer boxes, courier bags, stickers, labels, paper bags, bubble wrap, packing tape, thank you cards, shipping inserts, storage items and small business operating supplies.
We supply packaging and small business operating supplies sold by the pack, either from stock on hand or replenished through our supplier network, and offer custom printing on select items. The specific scope for any order, including SKU, quantity and price, is defined at checkout or in a written quotation, and these Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, the terms set out in that document.
An order is confirmed once you have completed checkout or accepted a written quotation, and, where required, paid a deposit. Quotations for bulk or custom orders are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, after which prices may be revised to reflect changes in supplier cost or freight.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per pack unless otherwise agreed in writing, and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless expressly stated as inclusive. For bulk or custom-print orders, we may require a deposit before production or stock is allocated, with the balance due prior to dispatch, as agreed at the quotation stage. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and such other methods as we may notify from time to time. Packing and dispatch will not proceed until the applicable payment has cleared into our account.
Because packaging materials are measured by hand, each product listing states an approximate manual measurement tolerance of 1 to 2 cm, and pack counts may vary by one or two pieces between production runs. The actual colour of an item may also differ slightly from photographs shown on our website due to monitor brightness, display settings, lighting conditions and photo-taking environment. Variance within these stated tolerances does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for return, refund or exchange under our Refund & Return Policy.
For custom-printed items, the Client is responsible for the accuracy of artwork and text submitted, and for approving a proof before production begins where one is provided. The Client warrants that it owns, or holds a valid licence to use, any logo, image or branding submitted for printing, and indemnifies PackPek against any claim arising from our use of Client-supplied material as instructed. Once a proof is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
Lead times stated at checkout or in a quotation are estimates based on standard packing and shipping conditions and begin from the date of order confirmation, not from the date of enquiry. Actual lead times may vary due to order complexity, custom-print production, stock availability, or events outside our reasonable control (see Clause 10, Force Majeure). Product photography, descriptions and shop content on this website are the property of PackPek or used under licence, and may not be reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, PackPek's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total value paid by the Client for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, even where advised such losses were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Stock orders may be cancelled without charge only before packing has commenced. Custom-print orders may be cancelled without charge only before a proof has been approved; see Clause 6 for cancellation once production has started. Once packing has begun, cancellation of stock orders is subject to the deductions and conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
PackPek is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, factory closure, government restrictions, strikes, or shortages of materials or shipping capacity. Affected timelines will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to address the disruption, and we will keep the Client informed of material developments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed with PackPek, without prejudice to either party's right to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier arrangements or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time an order is confirmed applies to that order. We encourage Clients to review this page periodically.
